1. Our Services

MindShifter is a movement, a brand, and a community. We sell apparel (hoodies and other garments) designed to inspire, empower, and connect people who’ve made powerful shifts in their lives. We also publish real stories of transformation from our community to help others see what’s possible.

We reserve the right to:

Change or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.
Refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Limit or discontinue any product or service without notice.

2. Purchasing Products

You can order hoodies and merchandise via our website by submitting a request through our contact form or email. At this stage, we do not have an automated e-commerce system. Once you place an order:

We’ll send you a payment link.
Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the production queue.

Each hoodie comes with a personal thank-you message and a symbolic key tag — a reminder of your journey and your shift.

3. User-Submitted Content

We encourage MindShifters to submit their personal stories through video or written format to be featured on our social platforms. By submitting your content, you:

Grant us permission to use, publish, and distribute your content across our website and social media channels.
Confirm that the content is your original work and does not infringe on the rights of others.
Agree that we may edit content for clarity or length, but never to change the spirit of your story.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that we feel does not align with the values of the MindShifter community.

4. Code of Conduct

MindShifter is a safe, inclusive, and respectful space. Whether you’re wearing our brand, submitting stories, or engaging with others, you agree to:

Respect others. No hate speech, discrimination, bullying, or harassment of any kind will be tolerated.
Be honest. Share your truth without promoting harmful behavior or spreading misinformation.
Don’t spam. Avoid self-promotion, fake accounts, or irrelevant links.

Any user found to be violating these rules may have their content removed or account disabled without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including the MindShifter name, logo, hoodie designs, written materials, and video formats — is protected by copyright. You may not:

Use our content or designs for commercial purposes.
Reproduce or adapt content without permission.
Claim any part of our brand as your own.

You may share our content (videos, posts, images) on social media for non-commercial use as long as you credit MindShifter.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and functional, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or available 24/7.
MindShifter is not responsible for:

Any decisions made based on our content.
Any damage resulting from using our website or products.
Any delays in delivery due to third-party services or events outside our control.

Return and Refund Policy

We Keep It Simple

At MindShifter, we’re not a giant clothing company. We’re a small, growing movement built on real stories and personal journeys. Every hoodie is made to order, and we’re committed to making sure you’re proud to wear it.

That said, here’s how returns and refunds work:

1. Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

You received the wrong item, size, or colour.
Your item arrived damaged or faulty.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order details, and a photo (if relevant). We’ll let you know how to return the item.

🕒 Return window: 14 days from delivery
📦 Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

2. Exchanges

Want a different size or colour?

No problem — we can exchange it if:

You contact us within 14 days
The hoodie is still in its original, unworn condition
You cover the return postage (we’ll send the replacement for free in the UK)

We’re doing this all manually for now, so just drop us an email at info@mindshifter.co and we’ll walk you through it.

3. Refunds

We can offer refunds if:

The item is faulty or incorrect, and a replacement is not available
You contact us within 14 days of receiving the order
The item is returned and meets the return conditions

🔁 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and checking the return.

4. Made-to-Order Reminder

All our hoodies are made to order — that means we don’t hold stock, and each item is printed specifically for you. So please double-check your size, colour, and quantity before ordering. At this moment we do not hold stock and each hoodie is printed on demand and therefor we ask to expect your delivery withing 14 days.

5. Custom Hoodie Orders

At this moment we do not print custom orders. We will launch new designs from time to time.

6. Shipping Costs

If your hoodie is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.
If you simply want an exchange or refund for another reason, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

7. How to Start a Return or Refund

Order number (if you have it)
Reason for return or refund
Photos (if helpful)

We’ll respond within 1–2 working days.
